Sales

We are authorized dealers for Rice Lake Weighing Systems, Avery -Weigh tronix, Ohaus, Measurement Systems Inc (MSI), Starrett, Mitutoyo, Dixon Data, Intelligent Weighing, B-TEK, LTS Scale, Cardinal, GSE and more.

Calibration
Tri State Scale Systems offers calibrations of your scale equipment. We can keep track of the schedule you specify to make sure that you are compliant with your requirements (see Preventative Maintenance). We provide comprehensive online documents that record the test results, as found and as left, etc. These electronic scale certificates are stored online via a secure site. The State of Illinois Department of Agriculture licenses our technicians, and we have documented NIST traceability for our weight standards. The weight standards used for testing are calibrated and traceable to the appropriate metrology laboratories regularly.
Installation
Our training, equipment, and experience qualifies us to install or move any of the equipment that we sell. Even if you bought your equipment somewhere else, we can still install or move it for you.
Preventative Maintenance
We understand how important scales are to your business, one of the ways you can save money is by doing preventative maintenance of your equipment. A regularly scheduled service will extend the life of your scale, maintain accuracy, avoid downtime and minimize repair expenses in the long run. We have preventative maintenance schedules available on an annual, tri-annual, semi-annual, quarterly, monthly, or semi-monthly basis to fit your needs.
Rentals
If scales are needed for inventory or short-term project, we have scales available to rent. You can rent it for a day or week(s) it’s up to you. We have small counting scales, bench scales, balances, floor scales, and crane scales for your rental needs.

Powerwashing Services
Our field technicians are available to power wash your scales, while keeping in mind the integrity of the equipment being cleaned. Snow, ice, mud, and other debris can get packed under your scale, causing incorrect weights. We are here correct these issues in a timely manner to get your equipment running smoothly.
